Frequently asked questions
What is a credit?
A credit is a unit of generated text: about 100 words. The top-tier model (Opus) uses 3× credits for the same length. You see the estimate before generating, and failed generations are refunded automatically. The story bible, project management and exports cost nothing.
Do unused credits roll over?
Subscription credits reset to your plan amount on each billing date; unused credits do not carry over, and we say so on the plan card. If you need credits that keep, buy a pack: packs are valid for 90 days from purchase, and buying another pack extends the expiry from the latest purchase.
How do I cancel?
One button on your account page. No email, no support ticket, no retention flow. After cancelling you keep your remaining credits until the end of the billing period, and no further charges are made. Your manuscripts stay and can be exported any time.
What is the refund policy?
AI generation is digital content delivered instantly, so used credits are not refundable. Within 7 days of a charge, if you have used no credits we refund in full; if you used some, we refund the remainder pro rata. Accidental renewals are handled the same way. Email support with your order number from the account page.
Which payment methods do you accept?
International checkout accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express and other major cards, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay, billed in USD. Korean customers pay in KRW with domestic cards, bank transfer, mobile billing and local wallets. The currency you see is the currency you are charged — we never convert at checkout.
Do you train AI on my writing?
No. Your manuscripts, story bible and prompts are never used to train any model. Only the context needed for a request is sent to the model provider's API, under terms that exclude API inputs from training. Details are in the privacy policy.
Can I use the output commercially?
Yes. You own the rights to and responsibility for the text you create. Serials, books, contests and screen adaptations are all fine. Check the AI-use rules of individual platforms and contests yourself.
Can I get an invoice or receipt?
International orders receive an invoice by email with the payment confirmation. Korean orders can request a cash receipt or tax invoice: find the order number on your account page and email support with your business details.
